We have 6,000 team members that work across our 3 brands which rises to nearly 12,000 in our busy (peak) periods. The majority of our team work for a particular brand including those that work at our Support Centre based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. We also have a number of team who work divisionally across a number of brands and ultimately the aim and purpose of our Hemel Support team is to support the operation in areas such as Marketing, IT, HR, Sales, Commercial and Finance with the overall aim and purpose of ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

We are based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire with over 700 team members, and every day is different as we provide a service to our team, guest and owners to ensure our business goals can be achieved. Based in Hemel Support are all the support functions; HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Health and Safety, IS, Agency Sales, Insurance/Serious Customer Complaints and Studio.
We operate award-wining, family-focused caravan parks around the British coastline as part of the Bourne Leisure family. The 36 parks have an excess of 36,000 caravan pitches, making Bourne the largest operator of caravan parks in the UK. All our parks offer the opportunity to own a holiday home, and our owners services teams looks after in excess of 23,500 holiday home owners. All of our guests come to our parks to enjoy a variety of activities and experiences from our entertainment and activities programmes to just wanting to escape from daily life and just spend quality and simple family time together.
Our holiday home owners and holiday guests come to us enjoy the ‘breath of fresh’ experience we strive to achieve which is at the heart of our strategy. During 2013 alone we provided a great holiday experience for over 2 million families , in addition to selling over 5,800 caravans to new and existing owners, drawn by the enduring appeal of our holiday home ownership proposition.

Founded by Harry Warner whom opened his first holiday camp in 1932 Warner Leisure Hotels is now part of the Bourne Leisure family. In 1994 Warner rebranded to its present offering of providing adults only short breaks across its 13 countryside and coastal hotels and resorts throughout Great Britain.
Each of its sites provide its guests with half board accommodation, a wide range of leisure facilities and an inclusive entertainment package, where people who love life come to live it all over again.
