Chef de Partie - Harborne
Chef de Partie - Boston Tea Party
Everyday’s a school day at Harborne. Literally - as we are based in a beautifully converted school complete with old desks and a secret garden - our café is packed with charm. Our place in the heart of the Harborne community means that we are home to loads of regular customers who you will get to know like old friends in no time.
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in Harborne.
Our people work at BTP because they share our values of empathy, fairness, curiosity, determination, resourcefulness, positivity & humour.
As a Chef de Partie you will need to demonstrate these values daily, by being flexible & working where the café needs you most, in order to deliver the best experience for our customers, as well as great day at work for your team.
Our Chef de Parties have a key part in the successful running of the kitchen. You will control the kitchen & run the shift when the KM & AKM are not about and support your managers with training, as well as encouraging and developing the Commis Chefs and Team Members. You’ll lead by example by always maintaining our high safety & hygiene standards & working as a part of the team to ensure that our menu is made to the highest quality in a timely manner.
Our cafes are brilliant places to be in. We deliver phenomenal coffee and teas and incredible ethically sourced food, but what really makes us ‘us’, is our people.
We want our teams to show off their fabulous personalities and make every day a great day. We want you to feel valued. We’ll be sure you’re trained and developed and if you want to progress you’ll know how. In turn, you will share this love and passion and personality with our customers, so that they love BTP as much as we do.
This is a great opportunity to get stuck in and learn loads of skills with a company that never tires of trying to improve how we do things for our teams, customers and the communities which we are part of.
