The Old George Inn, now home to Salisbury BTP, is a Grade I listed building dating back to the early 1300s. It’s an amazing place which once boasted the likes of William Shakespeare, Oliver Cromwell and Samuel Pepys amongst its guests, although that was a bit before our time. Now we are providing the good people of Salisbury with the most delicious food and drinks.

We also work hard to support our local community, with incredible initiatives. Recently, we’ve worked with the Austin Cohen Global Foundation to provide hot drinks to homeless people in Salisbury. We are looking for people who care as much as we do to join our team.

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Salisbury.

Our people work at BTP because they share our values of empathy, fairness, curiosity, determination, resourcefulness, positivity & humour.

As Kitchen Manager you will need to demonstrate these values daily, by being flexible & working where the café needs you most, in order to deliver the best experience for our customers, as well as great day at work for your team.

Our Kitchen Managers are responsible for running the kitchen of a successful & growing business. A business that delivers fantastic food, an amazing customer experience, brings the numbers in & is always safe, secure & legal.  Supporting your General Manager, you’ll do this by engaging, developing & empowering your team to ensure that BTP brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time.  You’ll be  a critical part of the BTP management team & always be looking for ways to make things better & integrate your café further into the community it serves

Our cafes are brilliant places to be in.  We deliver phenomenal coffee and teas and incredible ethically sourced food, but what really makes us ‘us’, is our people.

We want our teams to show off their fabulous personalities and make every day a great day.  We want you to feel valued. We’ll make  sure you’re trained and developed, and if you want to progress you’ll know how.  In turn, you’ll share this love, passion and personality with our customers, so that they love BTP as much as we do.

This is a great opportunity to get stuck in and learn loads of skills with a company that never tires of trying to improve how we do things for our teams, customers and the communities which we are part of.
