Our newest Café is coming to Chichester!
Opening in Chichester will mark the opening of our 22nd cafe!
At Boston Tea Party our purpose as a business is to Make Things Better, our spaces, our food & drink, but most importantly – our people and the communities in which we serve.

Our cafes are brilliant places to be in. We deliver phenomenal coffee and teas and incredible ethically sourced food, but what really makes us ‘us’, is our people.
We are looking to fill the following management positions:
General Manager (Up to £31K + bonus)
Assistant Manager (Up to £23K)
We’re not just looking for any old Manager, but people who want to run their own business – whether a Boston Tea Party or their own café. Our Managers ensure that we never compromise on quality and make sure that both our customers and our teams are really well looked after by being able to run a brilliant shift.
Kitchen Manager (Up to £25K + bonus)
Assistant Kitchen Manager (Up to £22K)
Our Kitchen Management team lead by example preparing dishes from scratch with fantastic ingredients and never compromising on food quality. Using their experience they provide inspiring training and coaching to our teams to ensure BTP’s future talent is being nurtured.
We plan on opening in May 2018, however the successful application will be required to complete a thorough training programme at an existing Boston Tea Party prior to the opening.
