Our newest Café is coming to Solihull!
Opening in Solihull marks the opening of our 21st café and our 4th in the Midlands area!
At Boston Tea Party Our purpose as a business is to Make Things Better, our spaces, our food & drink, but most importantly – our people and the communities in which we serve.

We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our newest team.
Our cafes are brilliant places to be in and our Kitchen Teams love working for BTP. They also love their paid breaks, free staff food & no split shifts; not to mention more sociable hours and that they are home well before the pubs closes!
We pay up to £7.75 per hour and your pay will increase as you learn more and progress through the business.
Your job is to prepare dishes from scratch with our fantastic ingredients and ensure we never compromise on our product quality by ensuring we have the highest cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
We want you to feel valued and we provide amazing training so you’ll be learning constantly and if you want to progress you’ll know how. You’ll share passion and personality with our customers and our team, so that they love BTP as much as we do.
We plan on opening in March 2018, however the successful application will be required to complete a thorough training programme at an existing Boston Tea Party prior to the opening.
