Full Time

We're looking for a Head Barista to join our team in Exeter.

This role is a development role, you will already be a fully fledged Barista in your own right and will be spending two to three months training to become head Barista. The starting pay is £7.75 which will move to £8.00 once training is complete.

Our Head Baristas know how important the crop to cup journey is and therefore love working with such high quality products and equipment. Understanding how to best look after the both these things and continuing to inspire their teams about what we do is a major part of this role.  They can be as creative as they like and have been known to show off their skills at regional and national Barista competitions!

Please note that moustaches are not mandatory.

We want you to feel valued and we provide amazing training (including the professional SCA qualification) so you’ll be learning constantly and if you want to progress you’ll know how.  You’ll share passion and personality with our customers, so that they love BTP as much as we do.

You’ll also love your paid breaks, free staff food & no split shifts; not to mention more sociable hours and that you are home well before the pubs closes!

Our cafes are brilliant places to be in.  We deliver phenomenal coffee and teas as well as incredible ethically sourced food, but what really makes us ‘us’, is our people.
