Wanted - Chef to come Rock n Roll with our crew in our dark kitchen in Canary Wharf. Earning potential up to £13/hour

We are looking for a passionate chef with an eye on developing and growing with us, to join our crew.

Bone Daddies Group is the daddy of a small group of Japanese inspired restaurants, all with a slightly western tweak. We have the rocking ramen bars - Bone Daddies, Flesh and Buns - A modern Japanese feasting experience, unapologetically dripping with hedonism and delight. Then we have Shack Fuyu. Inspired by Japanese Yoshoku food, the Western-influenced cooking style popular in Japan. Serving up the famous “best pudding in London” Kinako French Toast in the heart of Soho.

The interest became so great for our takeaway ramen in the last couple years we've begun doing delivery with deliveroo from our brick and mortar restaurants as well a few dark kitchens to reach those who don't live close enough to benefit from our brick locations...yet as we're always growing!

We're currently looking for chefs to join our crew in our Canary Wharf Dark Kitchen. Lots of opportunities to develop within the dark kitchen environment, our ramen bars or into a role in our restaurants.

As a chef you’ll work with the crew doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin’ bowls of ramen!

If you have any level of kitchen experience great! If not that’s cool to! We are looking for folks who have enthusiasm and passion for cooking who are willing to learn the art of ramen!
