To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Deputy Partnership Manager to join our friendly and successful team.

 

This role will see you lead, direct and motivate the operational team to ensure a quality service delivery, provide information, instruction, inductions, My CatchUps and training to direct reports to ensure all team members are able to fulfill their roles effectively and efficiently, and control and manage events such as accidents and emergencies and undertake follow up investigations as required.

 

You will be expected to maintain a high profile throughout the facilities and respond positively to our internal and external customer needs, expectations and comments, undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations, chairing hearings as required, and deputise for the Facility Managers or Partnership Manager as necessary.

 

About You

 

First and foremost you will have experience of multi-facility management and confidence in applying management systems. It is important that you have a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and employment law and its application, strong IT skills, people management experience and exceptional customer service skills.

 

Ideally, you will come from a Leisure or similar service-led indusry with excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal with people of all age groups and levels of ability.

 

To be considered for this role you must hold NEBOSH and a level 4 qualification in management or similar.

It is desirable that applicants hold both RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and Pool Plant Operator Certificate
