PURPOSE OF JOB: To assist in the daily organisation & operation of all kitchen requirements & procedures pertaining to specified sections & the kitchen in general. Also to maintain a high standard of efficient & disciplined management in all kitchen sections in the absence of the Head Chef
48 hours per week
£32'000 + overtime + bonus+ benefits
