Boisdale of Canary Wharf's general manager, Jenny Hughes looking for an experienced Head waiter for our flagship site here in London's east end.

45 hours per week

up to £28000 + overtime+ benefits

Successful Head Waiter will ideally have:

·Experience in quality dining environment.

·A passion for service and customer service.

·Great confidence & manner.

·A friendly, out-going personality with a natural flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
