Head Chef, Leo Semakin has an exciting opening for  Chef de Partie to be part of his team of Boisdale of Mayfair.

48 hours per week

£27000 + overtime + benefits

Boisdale of Mayfair is open for  lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and brunch on Sunday's. Chefs are required to work on average 7 shifts per week.

Chef de Partie – London

PURPOSE OF JOB:  To assist in the daily organisation & operation of all kitchen requirements & procedures pertaining to specified sections & the kitchen in general.  Also to maintain a high standard of efficient & disciplined management in all kitchen sections in the absence of the Sous Chefs.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Sous Chefs & Head Chef

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Commis Chefs & Demi Chef

LIAISON WITH: Restaurant Staff & Managers
