Trampoline Instructor

We require a Level 2 Trampoline Instructor to join our team. The hours will be approximately two and a quarter hours per week on a variable basis according to class timetables. There may be opportunities to gain further Trampoline classes in the future.

The role will be to provide safe and enjoyable trampoline training against the British Gymnastics curriculum and certification to participants when required. You will be able to develop interesting and varied coaching programmes to maximise customer satisfaction. You’ll need to be able to maintain an accurate register of participants and records of sessions and candidate progress. Skills in planning Trampoline lesson plans to ensure continuity, cohesion and progression will be required.

Your coaching style should be friendly and inclusive so that participants can really enjoy the learning experience with adherence to the British Gymnastics safety guidelines to ensure injury free sessions.

As the Trampoline instructor you will make sure equipment is set up safely and in accordance with best practice guidelines.

Person Specification: Minimum Level 2 Trampoline Instructor qualification and a good general education up to at least GCSE standard.

First Aid qualification desirable.
