Kitchen Porter - Based in Angel moving to Stratford October 2019

£8.75 per hour

Hours of Work: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) 7.30am -3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Blue Apple is an experienced independent contract caterer specialising in bringing a bespoke and tailored solution to our clients. We have a diverse range of customers and pride ourselves on delivering fresh food solutions created by happy teams.

We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion.

We are looking for a Highly motivated Kitchen Porter based in Angel moving to Stratford October 2019, to shine in one of our Smart contracts.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Keep the kitchen sparkly clean and tidy at all times
• Pay particular attention to food preparation areas, ensuring they are spotlessly clean and clear and tidy
• Unload deliveries and organise the storeroom
• Washing up and re-stocking pots, pans, cutlery and crockery
• Cleaning, storing and ensuring maintenance of all kitchen equipment and machinery

To be successful you will need to demonstrate an affinity with our values and a passion for working in a fresh food environment.
