Hours: Full time and part time hours available, 5 out of 7 days per week. / Full time shifts are covering 6.00-2.00/ 10.00-6.00 / 12.00-8.00

Salary: £8.50 - £9.00 per hour

We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion.

We are looking for a well presented and enthusiastic Barista/General catering assistant, based in Bristol to join one of our large corporate contracts, which has a high level of hospitality. The ideal candidate should be well presented, customer focuses with a “can do, will do” attitude, with previous experience within the contract catering sector.

Key responsibilities are to:

• To deliver and outstanding cup of coffee
• To assist with the customer service delivery, with till duties required
• Customer service skills as the role is customer facing during lunch service
• to ensure that all legislation is adhered to
• to assist with service of lunch in the main café,
• to represent both Blue Apple and our clients in a professional manner
• Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectation
• Be a team player with a willingness to help out where necessary.
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are immaculately clean at all times
• Assist in all customer service areas as determined by the catering manager
• Comply at all times with Health and Safety at Work, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations, policies and procedures
• Use of a traditional group coffee machine and the making of coffee (training given)

To be successful you will need to demonstrate an affinity with our values, a track record of a similar positions, and strong client and customer relationship building skills. Previous cost sector catering experience essential,
