The Venue....
Blacks is a private members club on Dean Street, in the heart of Soho. Established in 1992, Blacks is the ideal space for working, eating, drinking and relaxing from early in the morning until late at night.
The Role…
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist / Host to join our private members club in the heart of Soho. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience, whilst demonstrating a confident, can-do and positive attitude.
We are seeking a candidate that has had previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment as a receptionist or host. Previous experience with Opentable/ Collins systems is preferred, although full training will be provided.

- Personable, hard working and reliable individual
- Passionate about the hospitality industry, people and guest relations
- Fluent level of English due to guest and member interaction
- Computer Skills in Opentable / Collins, Word and Excel, in order to carry out daily duties and responsibilities
- Excellent people skills with a strong ability to communicate and listen effectively
- A capable problem-solver, who can make decisions without supervision
