Sous Chef - Marco Pierre White - Birmingham, The Cube

The Cube is one of Birmingham’s most iconic landmarks and houses a number of restaurants, bars, a 52 bedroom hotel, private accommodation, office space, conference facilities and a modern club and spa facility.  Black and White operate 2 Marco Pierre White restaurants, Hotel Indigo, several meeting and event rooms along with the club and spa. 
  
We are looking for Sous Chef for the quality, food led establishment Marco Pierre White Restaurant on Level 25 at the Cube in Birmingham City Centre. 

As Sous you will play an active part in the production and service of high quality food using the freshest ingredients. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue with the restaurant’s success. The role incorporates the need to maintain the highest possible standards, work as part of a team and have the drive, passion and determination to progress both your career and that of your team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare food to a high standard, lead a brigade of chef’s, be hard working and have great communication skills.

Catering qualifications and previous considerable experience within a similar high-volume establishment are essential
