We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Breakfast Suipervisor to join our team.

About you

As a true team player in a high volume, fast paced, busy, buzzing, customer focused bar/restaurant environment you will:

• Be instrumental in promoting and infiltrating a positive culture of passion and pride within the team demonstrating a passion and pride for the brand in all that you do
• Instil a team shared value for delivering exceptional customer service and always working with our guests' memorable experience in mind
• Lead and manage a high performing team, nurturing skills, building confidence, promoting enthusiasm and developing exceptional knowledge about our food and other beverage offerings
• Train and develop a team who have the skills and attitude to be the best they can be
• Be proud of our fresh food and beverage products
• Demonstrate experience within and full commercial insight of both the Bar and Restaurant areas, with a strong understanding of all the challenges concerning people, sales, marketing and profit
