Our pub is situated in the heart of Thame with historic charm and the great service to match. We are a real community orientated site, popular with events and even the occasionally ghostly guest! It's a great time to join us as we open our fantastic outdoor bar during the summer months.

Whether you’re a hospitality newbie or previously experienced in a bar environment, at Bermondsey you’ll receive the training you need to provide a fantastic experience for all of our guests, working alongside teams who share our passion for success.

We also have positions available for Bar Team Leader/Supervisor level staff who are experienced and ready to take the next step of responsibility in their hospitality career.

Our most important requirements are enthusiasm and the will to learn and work in a small team.
