Designate Pub Manager - Wiltshire
Our Designate Pub Managers really are our managers in waiting!
Due to our rapid expansion plans, coming on board as a Designate Pub Manager with Bermondsey Pub Company means you are likely to get your own site and step up to a Pub Manager role within a 3-6 month period.
During this time you will be fully inducted into the business and will learn about the different concepts we operate.
You will also provide vital support to our current Pub Managers across the region, therefore it is essential that you hold a clean UK driving licence and have the flexibility to travel.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Working in both a wet and food led business
- Managing a team of people
- Sales led environment
- Working to targets /KPI’s

- P&L Management with a high focus on labour controls
