Our Assistant Managers are our Pub Managers' right hand person! You are essential to making our businesses work...
You will have the opportunity to really develop your management skills by complete involvement in all aspects of the running of this busy pub and supporting your manager. You will also take the reins of managing the business yourself as and when required. In return we will support your career aspirations and continue to develop you into our next Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Working in both a wet and food led business
- Managing a team of people
- Sales led environment
- Working to targets /KPI’s
