Senior Sous Chef - London
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to help us achieve our Mission to be one of the best Burger joints in London and to serve one of the best Brunches on the planet.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a positive attitude who wants to be part of a winning team.
- Excited to be using quality, fresh ingredients.
- Can consistently deliver food to company specs
- Able to work weekends
- Have excellent English
- Be able to work within set margins/GP - some basic spreadsheet work will be required
- Food safety qualifications
