We’re a young and ambitious company, looking to recruit a Head Barista who is passionate about great quality coffee and customer service. As Head Barista you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of drink preparation and presentation. You will also be expected to take charge of the usual responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, leading your team in-line with our brand expectations and supporting the store to meet targets. In addition to this, there is also an important emphasis on engaging with our customers and helping to develop our team. As Head Barista we expect you to have great attention to detail, drive service & sales, and be the constant face of energy and passion on the Bar. The atmosphere at BEAR is inviting and casual, with a strong focus on the quality of our coffee, seasonal fresh food, cocktails, and always providing the best service.
