We’re a young and ambitious company, looking to recruit a modern Head Chef who is passionate about food. As our Head Chef you will take charge of the usual responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, leading your team in-line with our brand expectations and supporting the store to meet targets. In addition to this, there is also an important emphasis on engaging with our customers and helping to develop our team. As Head Chef we expect you to lead your team by example, drive service & sales, and be the constant face of energy and passion in the kitchen. • An experienced and well-trained catering professional, who understands that a kitchen with flawless food hygiene standards and organisational systems will produce better food, better chefs and better profits.
• A leader who can balance hitting financial and management targets with a passionate flair for food and training.
• The ideal candidate will have a mixture of branded and independent experience, with a proven track record as a Head Chef.
• A knowledgeable Head Chef who takes pride in producing great quality fresh food and will work with our Head of Food to ensure consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures.
