Team Member - Heathrow

WE’RE LOOKING FOR presentable lounge hosts with excellent customer service skills to join our team at BaxterStorey for our British Airways site.

Whenever customers visit the Lounges at Heathrow, you’ll be there to greet them with 5-star, BaxterStorey service. Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving Customers food & Beverages
• Greeting Passengers as they enter the lounge
• Clearing tables and specific areas allocated
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Answering queries passengers may have and guiding them in the right direction

Salary: £8.00 - £8.50 p/h
Meals: we provide you with free food & beverages on duty, during your break time
Uniform: you will receive a new, clean uniform from day 1
Training: during your first week there will be an induction, covering Food Safety, Health & Safety and BA customer service hallmarks.
Development: opportunities to gain a qualification whilst working as well as a chance to join one of our academies!
Pension & Life Insurance scheme: dependant on contract

Please note: this may include some weekends and shifts rotate between the hours of 04:30 - 22:30, therefore it is important you live within a commutable distance from the airport.

In order to work at the Airport, you must have proof of rights to work in the UK as well as a full 5 year reference history.
