Job Description

  • Providing an excellent standard of food and presentation for all vending machines
  • Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
  • Customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs
  • Ability to rectify minor faults
  • Support the smooth running of the vending operation to the highest standard
  • Complete accurate stock takes           
  • Complete correct machine readings
  • Communicate with support manager to ensure minimum breakdown and broken machines are reported
  • Complete cleaning routines; ensure each routes file is up to date with FS and HS documentation.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Numerate, counting cash may be required
  • Good organisation skills
  • Reliable and able to work well within a team
  • Clean Driving Licence 
  • Clean DBS
