Job Description

This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to collaborate with different brands and stakeholders to develop and take the lead in the delivery of new contract mobilisations.

We are looking for an adaptive team player who thrives on taking ownership and leading from the front to join the growing needs of the business. If you relish strategic thinking, managing multiple stakeholders and problem solving to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

  • Develop mobilisation and project templates including financial tracking in accordance with BaxterStorey and client brand specifications and guidelines 
  • Responsible for all minutes of meetings and ensuring timely uploading and alignment to mobilisation and project formats
  • Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to determine mobilisation and project support requirements
  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Follow up with all mobilisation or project stakeholders or team members on outstanding tasks and assist where possible to ensure deadlines are met
  • Drafting, proofreading and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals and other materials as assigned
  • Actively driving all aspects of the operational projects from inception to final delivery ensuring delivery to its full potential
  • Manage the full service mobilisation and customer service training and inductions
  • Oversee smooth transitions and support new team members through the TUPE process. 
  • Show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.

Qualifications

  • Previous catering or hospitality experience required
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Design experience (Canva, indesign etc) preferred
  • Project software experience (MSP, Smart Sheets, Monday, Basecamp etc)
  • Previous project management experience an advantage
