Job Description

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee the day to day running of our busy Hospitality department. We provide everything from tea & coffee, sandwich lunches, buffets, salad bars and various types of events to the clients.

  • 7:30am-2:30pm
  • Monday-Friday
  • Catering experience essential
  • Starting at 10.25ph

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Ensure that effective quality of services are provided to the standard of the client, customers and company 
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment
  • Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of the daily work schedule
  • Ensure attendance to all staff meetings as required
  • Assist in the setting up, delivery of food and clearing
  • Maintain stock levels of salad bar and pre packaged items
  • Ensure all due diligence paperwork is filled out efficiently and allergen procedures are consistently followed
