We are looking for a passionate and ambitious head chef or sous chef looking for the next step in their career to join our team at the Exmouth Arms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a young and dynamic company, always growing and always pushing to do better.

The Exmouth Arms is a hugely popular pub on Clerkenwells bustling food meca - Exmouth Market. In the 7 years we have been open, we have become a solid fixture in the market, alongside some amazing neighbours. This is a great opportunity to be part of a very localised food market in the heart of London. We serve a modern British pub menu, popular with locals and tourists to the area.
 

We are an award winning company, with fantastic opportunities for development. Our ethos is and always has been to develop from within, and to take those who have dedicated themselves to us, with us. We plan to open 5 venues in the next 6 months, so there is lots of scope for progression to sous chef and then head chef for those looking to move forward with their career. 

All of our senior chefs have worked their way up from within, and every site's Head Chef has started as an in a CDP or sous position. If you are driven and want a fulfilling career, we are the company for you. About the Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef, or Sous Chef ready to make the next step in their career. You must be driven and show a proven track record. Ideally with at least one year of similar experience, but the right personality also goes a long way. Above all, we want someone who is enthusiastic and who loves to work within a large team environment.
