Assistant Manager for award winning Bar Group - London

Salary: £26,000 minimum plus perks and benefits

About The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager. A passion for food and drink is a must and prior experience is desirable. However, the right personality goes a long way. 

About The Role 

The AGM will assist the General Manager in the overall running of the business operation.. In a business sector in which customer service and experience is key, you must also recognise the importance of ambience and experience in large scale venues and be adept at reacting to issues.

Office duties include ordering, stock control procedures, rota building to target, compliance. Service responsibilities include running services, managing both BOH and FOH teams and responding to and resolving issues.

  • Two Floors, a legendary cocktail bar in Soho just off Carnaby Street buzzing with regulars as well as local workers;
  • The Slaughtered Lamb, a life music venue and proper boozer in the heart of Clerkenwell;
  • The Well and Bucket, a locals favourite and a beer and spirits specialists buzzing with a young, cool crowd just off Brick Lane in the heart of Shoreditch;
