Up to £30,000 per annum, inc. tip share + staff discount card + pension + holiday pay

We are looking to recruit an engaging, positive Sous Chef with proven experience of managing high-volume covers and a team of CDPs and KPs. This job would also suit an ambitious Junior Sous looking for career development. A key factor of success will be the ability to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce quality fresh food.
