LIVE-IN, accommodation provided in flat above the Pub.
We are looking to recruit an engaging, positive Junior Sous Chef with proven experience of managing high-volume covers and larger teams of up to 4 Chefs and KPs on session. A key factor of success will be the ability to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce quality fresh food.
