Head Waiter/Waitress - Mayfair, London
Bar des Pres - Saint-Germain’s most-loved and exclusive neighbourhood restaurant arrives in London Mayfair, showcasing the very best of French – Asian from famed chef Cyril Lignac.
We are currently looking for a full-time talented, well-spoken and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Head Waiter /Head Waitress.
This position is based on a 4-day work week (average of 40-45 hours), with 3 days off.

The ideal Head Waiter / Head Waitress will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment
- Be responsible as a Station holder, mentoring new team members
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be guest-orientated at all times
- Understand Health and Safety legislation and implications and communicate effectively to team members
- Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player
