Based in the heart of London, BANCONE is an exciting Pasta restaurant. We are growing our teams to help us expand the business into future sites.

Bancone, meaning ‘bar’ or ‘counter’ is born out of our shared vision for affordable, Michelin quality pasta for everyone in a buzzy, informal setting.

While the menu is predominantly Italian, it is designed for a London market and as such dishes take inspiration from much of Europe and further afield resulting in a modern take on a traditional cuisine. Bancone menus are truly unique.

What we require:

• Previous experience in busy, high standard venues preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of cocktails and drinks and a desire to share your knowledge and drive the development of the bars with the Bar Supervisor
• Provide positive and dynamic environment to the team motivating them to give best performance to succeed
• Approachable nature, upbeat attitude and great communicator

What to focus & deliver on:

• Focus on the guest at the heart of everything you do; ensuring an exceptional experience, every time by exceeding guest expectations
• Simulate daily bar operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment
• Coordinate with the Bar Supervisor in presenting great cocktail menus, overall team scheduling & daily duties
• Complying with overall health & safety and high level of standards of food hygiene including retaining good care of the site and equipment
