Grounds and Gardening Assistant - Fordingbridge

We are currently looking to recruit individuals to join our existing Grounds team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of Grounds Maintenance and Appearance. You must be well presented with excellent communication skills and a "nothing is ever too much trouble" attitude are essential, along with the ability to be an enthusiastic motivated member of the team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responding to all requests for Grounds Maintenance tasks within the required timescale, with a professional, friendly attitude
• Ensuring any works carried out is finished to a high level with minimum disruption to our guests
• Ensuring guest and back of house areas are well maintained and well presented at all times so everything about us is pristine, safe and secure
• Communicating with other members of the department and other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
• Ensure a safe environment and working practices are maintained at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced background in a Grounds/Gardening Environment
• Knowledge of repairs and Maintenance to Petrol Gardening tools
• Ability to prioritise workloads and always act in the best interest of our business
• Problem solving can do attitude where nothing is ever too much trouble
• Ability to work on a shift pattern that will include weekends and evenings, as required meeting the needs of the business
