WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Due to an exciting growth and innovative expansion plan we have opportunities at our Resorts to join our Sales Teams.

Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will create opportunities and guide potential owners through all aspects of Holiday Home Ownership. Responsible for delivering and exceeding sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

THE TYPE OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

First and foremost, you will love people and be motivated in a target driven environment. You will be a great team player and someone who is passionate to make a difference. You will have a real talent for making customers feel special either on the phone or face to face, it’s in the way you talk and just as importantly, in the way you listen.

THE KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE NEED

Ideally, but not essential, experience of outbound calling trying to make appointments with potential owners.

The ability to multi task effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality. You must be customer orientated, genuine and passionate about speaking to customers. Love working in a team and a target driven environment.
