WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

The role entails supporting and assisting the Guest Experience Manager with the running of the Guest Services department. You will be liaising with guests to deal with any complaints efficiently and emphatically.

This role will include working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

THE TYPE OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an individual (holiday hero?) who is experienced in providing a high standard of customer service to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience whilst staying with us.  You will be a confident, resilient individual who has exceptional organisational skills to ensure changeover days are seamless. You will be effective communicator who can liaise with a variety of different departments to resolve issues and pass on correct information.

THE KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE NEED

As you will be supporting the Guest Experience Manager, it would be advantageous if you had supervisory experience. It would also be desirable if you had experience of using booking systems, especially Parcvu. It is essential that you have previous customer experience preferably from a hospitality background.
