WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

The role entails supporting and assisting the retail manager with the running of the retail department. You will be liaising with guests to deal with any complaints efficiently and empathetically. Leading, supporting, training and developing the retail team on a day to day basis to ensure we deliver our guests with the very best standards at all times. You will ensure we have the highest standards of food safety and health and safety standards at all times, in line with the companies food safety and health and safety policy's.

we are looking for an individual who is experienced in providing a high standard of customer service to ensure our guests have a fantastic retail experience whilst staying with us. You will be confident, resilient individual who has exceptional leadership skills to ensure our standards of service are followed. You will be a role model to your team, approachable and a champion for our workplace culture.

THE KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE NEED

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 years experience in a supervisory role in the retail industry, whether that be in a bar, food outlet or shop. You will ideally have a level 2 or 3 food hygiene certificate and will have good knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures.
