We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Campaign Coordinator to join the Online Grocery team! As a Coordinator you will be part of the fastest growing business within Asda and one of the industry leaders in online grocery.

Reporting into the Digital Campaigns Manager, this role is responsible for delivering monetised media on the Grocery website, as well as the delivery of personalised sampling and sampling through HSCs. You will be the 'gatekeeper' of the Asda grocery website, ensuring funded media is fit for purpose & relevant for the customer, as well as managing projects to improve processes and the analysis of campaign activity. You will have great opportunities to build relationships with stakeholders all over the business as well externally.


Key responsibilities

  • Be the gatekeeper of all digital media ensuring all changes are captured & briefed out in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with wider team to ensure implementation of at least 99% of funded activity delivered on site - on time, accurately & on brand
  • Quality check all briefs and assets to ensure activity is compelling & relevant for customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the ASDA toolkit, guidelines & ensuring media is 'right first time' to land
  • Be the first point of contact for stakeholders with day-to-day queries, WOW sessions and campaign performance queries
  • Manage regular site checks to ensure all activity has the right customer journey
  • Coordinate and prioritise workload to meet the urgent queries
  • Ensure autopsy and analysis of activity and carry forward learnings
  • Provide weekly updates to Digital Campaigns Manager on implementation score and sales
  • Seek out opportunities to further understand media placements performance at a broader level
  • Facilitate and uncover new opportunities to declutter the site or increase the value of existing media options
  • Support the Digital Campaigns Manager in reviewing and refining ways of working, updating processes where required to drive efficiency
  • Ensure all essential documents and tools for the job are kept up to date & accurate
  • Support the Digital Campaigns Manager with other reasonable requests
