Digital Campaigns Manager - Leeds

Are you an experienced campaign or marketing manager? Do you have experience managing a team in a fast-paced ecommerce environment?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Campaigns Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Campaign co-ordinators and designers to create and deliver monetised digital campaigns on the Grocery website.

Online Groceries is one of the fastest growing areas of the business and with our ambitious monetisation growth targets this high-profile role will be pivotal to our success. You will be part of a large cross functional team, so you'll have a strong team work ethic and excel at developing working relationships.

Your role

• Lead a team to design and implement monetised digital media
• Campaign planning - managing prioritisation of activity and facilitating incremental monetisation opportunities against tight deadlines
• Creative direction and approval - challenge direction where required to deliver compelling online execution
• Gatekeep all media bookings to ensure relevancy for the customer journey
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with campaigns
• Build strong working relationships with brand partners, tech partners, media sales teams, marketing, online merchandising and trading execution to enable alignment of strategy and customer journey

About you

• Experience managing a team
• Experience in campaign performance and management
• Knowledge of ad serving technology
• Strong creative development skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
