We have a brilliant opportunity for an Insight Manager – Retail to join our team in the Customer & Marketing function, here at Asda House. You will deliver world class insight that reveal opportunities and inspire action! Working closely with senior stakeholders you will ensure that the customer is fully understood and is at the heart of strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for scoping, creating, landing and sharing of commercially compelling insights that will help drive the Asda business. This role will suit someone who is driven, confident when dealing with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoys working in a fast paced dynamic environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Be a customer champion in the business & manage our customer satisfaction programme
Develop, manage and deliver a programme of customer insight to a high quality and on time
Prioritise activity according to strategy and customer impact
Deliver commercially relevant, tangible business implications/ recommendations through the translation of customer research/ data
Proactively seek new insights to answer key business questions that will inspire and drive action
Forge strong and productive relationships with internal stakeholders, key research agencies and across the insight team

About you:


You’ll have -
Proven record in insight understanding, application and management
Experience with quantitative data preferred but not essential
Excellent planning/organisation with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
Strong project management and problem solving skills
Strong communication & influencing skills to drive action from key teams, stakeholders and agencies
Experience with Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
Proven stakeholder management skills
