We want to create a truly inclusive culture where all our colleagues have the confidence to be themselves. We know that all our colleagues are unique, with different skills, personalities and styles. And together we make a great team.
To support us in creating a truly inclusive culture that we can all be proud of we’ve created six Colleague Resource Groups to help steer our efforts. They cover Age, DisABILITY, Ethnicity, Gender, Pride and Wellbeing.
Creating an inclusive culture also means caring about the wellbeing of our colleagues and their families. An important aspect of this is to remove the stigma associated with mental health and to equip our managers to have conversations with their teams to support colleagues’ mental health. As part of this, we actively participate in national campaigns such as Every Mind Matters and Time to Talk.
