The Fife Arms, Braemar
The Fife Arms is a former Victorian coaching inn situated within the magnificent Cairngorms National Park. The hotel is positioned at the heart of the historic village of Braemar, which attracts thousands of visitors to its annual Braemar Gathering. A passionate project conceived of by its owners Iwan and Manuela Wirth; The Fife Arms brings together Scottish heritage, craftsmanship and culture with world-class contemporary art and a strong sense of community.
There is a spectacular restaurant with a wood-fired grill, a pub, a cocktail bar and a whisky bar, along with various private rooms for events. RHS Gold medal-winner Jinny Blom has transformed the riverside garden. To see their jobs click here.

Durslade Farmhouse, Durslade Farm, Bruton
Durslade Farmhouse is a six-bedroom farmhouse available for private hire on the beautiful Durslade Farm estate in the stunning Somerset countryside. The building forms part of a group of Grade II listed farm buildings that date back to the early 1760s. The farmhouse is full of character and bold, innovative twists. It celebrates the natural antiquity of the building, combining original fittings with unexpected interiors and vintage furniture. The farmhouse is completed by unique artworks from Hauser & Wirth’s artists.
Roth Bar & Grill, Durslade Farm, Bruton
Roth Bar & Grill combines gastronomy with contemporary art. It is a vibrant, informal and convivial eating-place, serving honest, simple and seasonal food. Working closely with local farmers, gamekeepers and gardeners, the team use ethical British produce with a focus on sustainability.
All the beef and lamb on the menu comes from Durslade Farm, which surrounds Roth Bar & Grill, and vegetables and herbs come from the neighbouring Walled Garden. The interior combines an open kitchen with a wood-fired grill and spit, while the walls are adorned with an intimate, highly personal, salon-style array of art that intertwine the themes of food, animals and the countryside.

The Audley, London
Opening 2022. The Audley, an iconic site on Mayfair’s Mount Street, is home to an incredible five story, Grade II listed building. Built in 1888, The Audley was designed by Thomas Verity, the man who designed the exterior of the pavilion at Lord’s Cricket Ground.
We have appointed architect Luis Laplace, who designed and restored Roth Bar & Grill and Hauser & Wirth Somerset, to lead the interior architecture of the space. Now, together with the owner of the building, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, we will renovate the entire building, restoring many of the original historic features lost due to bomb damage in the Second World War. The site will re-open to offer a pub, restaurant and rooms in late 2022.
The Invercauld Arms Hotel, Braemar
Opening 2023. The Invercauld Arms Hotel has been a much loved hotel since 1645. The hotel is now closed entirely for refurbishment as we are reinventing the hotel as a retreat like no other - offering art and wilderness in a unique setting. Guests who stay at the Invercauld Arms will leave invigorated by the dynamic art and wild landscape they encounter.
Bretton Hall, Yorksire
Opening 2024. Bretton Hall sits at the heart of Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Currently it lies unused. We plan to bring it back to life.
Our idea is very simple. We are building out what is there today – a magnificent landscape and reviving what was there before – art and creativity. Harnessing both its unique parkland setting and its rich creative legacy we are creating an extraordinary new place, unlike anywhere else. A masterplan has been developed with Stirling Prize nominated architects Feilden Fowles, which includes a hotel and a wider creative campus. Set within an enthralling landscape, this will be a place for imagining – a place to lose yourself, setting your creativity free.
Head Office Support Teams, London and Somerset
The Head Office team at Artfarm is situated in either London or Somerset, although much of the London team primarily work remotely with the office acting as a base for key meetings. The London office is also home to the Hauser & Wirth London gallery. The Somerset office is reflective of the Artfarm culture in that it is like entering someone's home rather than a corporate building. This includes being welcomed by the various dogs which are pets belonging to staff.
