F&B Manager – Newperran Holiday Resort 

 

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 

 

Contract Type: Permanent   

 

Hours: 40 hours  

 

Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday   

 

At Newperran we are looking for an enthusiastic F&B manager to join our team

Delivering the highest level of customer service 

 

Experience of managing a busy bar and eatery 

 

A keen eye for detail, organisational skills, and a flexible attitude 

 

Good communication and people management skills 

 

A drive to bring new offerings and experiences to our guests and owners  

 

Responsibilities of a F&B Manager: 

 

Ensuring all Guests are given a warm welcome, and a first-class service, setting the scene for a great experience at our resort. 

 

Leading the team in the F&B area, setting an example with high standards of presentation and customer service. 

 

Displaying excellent product knowledge to help guests make the best choices from our bar & menu. 

 

Support the kitchen with food service to ensure guests receive their food in a timely manner. 

 

Achieve positive stock management results.  

 

 Drive custom to achieve budgets and targets.
