We are looking for experienced Night Porters to join our team at Gara Rock. Working to keep our guests safe at night, and delivering the highest levels of presentation and cleanliness in your areas of responsibility, Night Porters are essential in delivering the highest 5* standards throughout our hotel.

You will be responsible for -

• Ensure that all customer requests and queries are dealt with efficiently, courteously and effectively at all times
• Covering reception desk as and when needed, checking guests in and out taking payment as required, covering the telephone
• Serving drinks and ensuring the bar is in smooth running order
• Ensure that the correct company image and standards are maintained by staff at all times
• Actively promote the hotel through effective customer relations
• Ensuring that all delegated areas are cleaned and serviced to the required standards, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the public toilets and mopping the floors.
• Ensuring that all public areas are cleaned and serviced to the required standards
• Assisting with conference rooms set ups overnight

This is a zero hours role with regular work, especially during our peak summer months.
