We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our Cafe team at Newquay View holiday resort. Showing strong ability and striving for the best in all that they do, the Cook will have solid knowledge and experience of working in a busy kitchen.

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Cook will be an integral part of the kitchen team, embedding the highest standards and quality in all they do, and ensure quality and service is at the forefront of the kitchen offering. They will display high levels of food control and food safety processes, whilst managing their budgets and margins to ensure the ongoing profitability of the restaurant.

The Cook will be working various shifts which will involve evenings, weekends and early mornings. On occasion this may also involve working split shifts.

This is a zero hours role working regular hours, with more available during peak season.
