Ricardo Di Vita
Ricardo started with us in May 2021 as a cocktail bartender. Ricardo rapidly showed enthusiasm and a great work ethic. He has now been promoted to bar supervisor. 

Leon Wright
Leon started his career with us as a member of our floor staff team, due to his great attitude and high levels of customer service he has been fully trained on the bar and has received two promotions. Leon is now a key member of our team and a highly skilled cocktail bartender. 

Miguel Oliveria
Miguel joined our team as a floor staff team member, due to his ability to build rapport with customers he has been promoted to barista.
