We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Receptionist - Host to join our Front Office Team.

About the role

As a Front Office Receptionist / Host you play a key role in creating a meaningful and memorable Andaz experience to our guests. Some key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including providing a detailed room orientation and assistance with delivering luggage

  • Ensuring that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established; and handling cash transactions and billing

  • Assisting with guest requests throughout their stay and handling guest complaints

  • Maximising revenue opportunities through up selling

  • Providing extensive knowledge of the available Hotel services and facilities, as well as information and assistance regarding the surrounding areas of the Hotel
