We have and constantly review our competitive commission structure in stores.
Retail management are eligable for bonus payments which are linked to both individual and team performance. Retail Support Centre and Ecommerce employees benefit from an annual discretionary bonus scheme linked to profit.

Holiday Entitlement and Holiday Purchase:
All employees are entitled to a minimum of 29 days holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays, in any one year. This increases with length of service to 30 days after 5 years service with us. After 12 months with us you will also be able to purchase up to 5 extra days holiday.
Life Assurance Scheme:

Professional Qualifications and Subscription Support:
We actively support all of our employees wishing to gain a qualification that relates to their current role or future development, for example CIMA, AAT, CIPD etc. We will also offer assistance with annual subscriptions to encourage the maintenance of your professional status or membership of a professional body for example, PGA & EGTF.
We promote a childcare voucher scheme to assist you with childcare arrangements.
