We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join, train and progress with us as we expand.

Reporting to the AGM and GM, as Assistant Manager you will work across all areas of the business and we'll train you so that you're a pro at running every department as part of your ongoing development.

About you:

- Great people manager with a genuine focus on training

- Solid knowledge of GP and Labour control

- Passionate about delivering great service

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within a premium cocktail bar, gastro pub or restaurant
