We are looking for a Sous Chef to join us and then train and progress as we expand.

About you:

• Great people manager with a focus on training
• High standards of food hygiene and H&S
• Experience of branded restaurants and fresh food
• Worked to high volume in a busy venue
• Knowledge of stock and GP control
